I suspect that my problem has something to do with my Privilege settings, but I can't figure out how to change them. ![]() I'm not even asked for login credentials in this situation: I can browse directly into and through the folder structure. It gets even more bizarre: if I RDP into another machine on my network, I have no trouble accessing the shared folder containing the camera recordings from that other machine's Windows desktop using the Windows file explorer. It's bizarre, because I have no trouble accessing any of my other shared folders from my Windows desktop. ![]() I've tried every combination of login credentials that I've ever used anywhere, but I can't get access to the folder. When I try to do that, I'm asked for login credentials. My problem is fairly basic: I can't access the shared folder containing the camera recordings from my Windows desktop using the Windows file explorer. I've got the monitor/playback functions working OK via the QVR application. I'm running Surveillance Station 5 on a TS-219P+ (firmware version 4.1.4).
